Policy

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking and Cancellation

  • Advance Booking: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm a reservation.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will result in a 50% refund.

    • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Modification: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

3. Identification Requirements

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.

  • Non-resident foreign guests must present a valid passport and visa.

4. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children under 5 years stay for free when using existing bedding.

  • Extra beds are available on request for an additional charge.

  • Maximum capacity for extra beds in a room is one.

5. Smoking and Alcohol

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available outdoors.

  • Alcohol: Guests are permitted to consume alcohol in their rooms, but no alcohol will be served or allowed in public areas.

6. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on the property.

7. Payment Methods

  • The hotel accepts payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. UPI and online payment options are also available.

8. House Rules

  • Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM for the comfort of all guests.

  • Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.

  • Behavior: Any unruly or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the property, and no refunds will be issued.

9. Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables.

  • The hotel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during the stay, including any events occurring outside the hotel premises.

10. Parking

  • Free on-site parking is available. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles parked on the premises.
