1. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Advance Booking: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm a reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will result in a 50% refund.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Modification: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
3. Identification Requirements
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.
Non-resident foreign guests must present a valid passport and visa.
4. Children and Extra Beds
Children under 5 years stay for free when using existing bedding.
Extra beds are available on request for an additional charge.
Maximum capacity for extra beds in a room is one.
5. Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available outdoors.
Alcohol: Guests are permitted to consume alcohol in their rooms, but no alcohol will be served or allowed in public areas.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Payment Methods
The hotel accepts payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. UPI and online payment options are also available.
8. House Rules
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM for the comfort of all guests.
Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
Behavior: Any unruly or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the property, and no refunds will be issued.
9. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables.
The hotel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during the stay, including any events occurring outside the hotel premises.
10. Parking
Free on-site parking is available. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles parked on the premises.
